主要从事电磁超材料(Metamaterials)的前沿探索和应用基础研究,在宇称-时间对称超材料、拓扑超材料等方面完成了一系列富有特色的工作。目前共发表SCI论文60多篇(第一作者或通讯作者论文共19篇,第二作者论文7篇),其中Phys. Rev. Lett. 3篇(其中2篇为第一作者), Nat. Commun. 1篇(第二作者)。论文在SCI被总共他引436次,其中2014年发表的第一作者Phys. Rev. Lett.已被他引190余次(截至202003),是ESI高引用论文。获授权发明专利4项(其中第一完成人1项)。曾受Nat. Comm.、APL、OE/OL等近10种杂志邀请审稿,并多次在国际国内会议上做邀请报告。目前主持国家自然科学基金委面上项目2项,上海市自然科学基金项目(探索类)1项;完成国家自然科学基金委青年基金、中国博士后基金、上海市博士后基金各1项。
