研究方向
极紫外与X射线薄膜反射元件;

X射线多层膜衍射元件;

高精度X射线反射镜加工与检测;

以及上述元件在同步辐射、X射线自由电子激光、等离子体诊断等领域中的前沿应用。

主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项课题、上海市市级科技重大专项课题等项目,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等。
